I have an 04 Sebring V6. My mom worked at a dealership so she had a tech look at it cause i was hearing a rattling noise and the mechanic showed us both the rear wheels moved side to sidevalong with a clunk noise and he said it was a ball joint but never specified upper or lower.

Another thing that's happening is my auxiliary port isn't charging my phone. My phone died and i left it on the charger for about 4 hours while working and it charged up to 5% plugged it into the port in the middle compartment and same thing :P I tried the charger in another car and it works. Tried buying a nes charger and same thing. Phone charges everywhere else but my car. Voltage meter reads 11.5 volts in both ports.
