Default Replaced my 01 2.7L engine with an 04 2.7

After my 01 Sebring engine died on me, my mechanic found another 2.7L engine that came out of an 04 Sebring. I already installed all of the 04 sensors it needs. My car still isn't turning over. Do i need a new ECU also? If so, which one? and how do i find out? The place i got my engine from can't find the ECU that was in the car with the engine.

Thanks!
