Default Rough Idle and Low RPM Oddity w/ 2000 2.5L

Sometimes - not always - while in either Park or Neutral, my 2000 will "buck" a little, and has a rough enough idle to shake the car... Kinda of like a small miss (?)... It only does this in Park or Neutral though... Put it in gear and it's fine... Now, to me that doesn't make sense, becuase usually if an engine misses it does it all the time or when under a load - NOT when it's just idling...

Also, while accelerating, the engine seems to bog down until it reaches about 2700 rpm... After that it takes off... If I don't anticipate it and back off the pedal just a little bit the car will jutt forward... Is that just something these Mitz. engines do, or is something wrong?

If anything, I'm thinkin' plugs or coil?
