Default Seatbelt Light

The seatbelt light goes on and off when I use the best. It is not constant when I lock the belt. It goes off sometimes when I unlock and relock. What might the cause be and some possbile fixes? Thanks

Does anyone know where the seat belt electrical connector or the Seatbelt Control Timer Module (SCTM) is located on this model?

the 04 does not have a SCTM look under your seat where the buckle is at see if U have the wires there or not.
