Default Sebring 2005 2.7 Shift Points - Trans

Just purchased a used 05 Sebring Touring 2.7 v6 with 8k. Runs good but the shift points seem to be high. In the morning when it is cold, it does not shift to 3rd untill after 30+mph.Seems high. Also, at 60mph, the tach is at 2200. Also seems high. My 05 Ford Freestyle runs at 1800rpm at 60mph.

What it the correct shift points for this car?

Any Ideas,

Thanks,

Ben

there are no set point to which it will shift. The computer use a forumla to shift at maxum shift quality based on speed ,temp, run time and so on. The only time u need to worry about shifting is when it does not do it at all.
