Sebring 2005 instrument cluster lights are not working

Default Sebring 2005 instrument cluster lights are not working
I need help solving this problem. The blue/green light on the white background doesn't light up. All other lights are working. The fuse is ok.
What do I have to do to fix this.

There's an inverter in there that creates AC current for the dash lights. Use"inverter" for a search term here on the forum and see if you can find how people solved the problem.
