Default Sebring 2006 electrical problems?

Hello,

We have a 2006 2.7L Sebring Sedan which has the following problems:
- The right passenger window doesn't go up anymore, only down. We replaced the motor as well as the switch to no avail.
- From time to time to odometer resets, no idea why.

Has anyone seen this before as well? If so what might the issue be? A general electrical issue or something else?

Before we bring it to our garage we wanted to double-check here whether someone has seen this...

Thank you for your help!

Weird electrical gremlins can sometimes be traced to faulty ground connections. There could also be a broken wire leading to the door where the wiring harness passes from the body to the door. There is a slight bit of flexing when the door opens and closes which can break a wire. Usually, however, the problem crops up in the driver's door first because it gets more use.

The two functions you mentioned (along with many others) are controlled through the body computer so that's a possible source of the trouble.
