Unfortunately I trusted a friend to take a locking lug bolt off that doesn't have a key. He hammered a 12 point socket onto it before we realized that it was a spinning lock.

Now I have a socket stuck on the lug bolt that spins loosely but won't come off. It's recessed so impossible to get to the base of the socket to pry it off. Does anyone know of some way to get this thing off?
