spark plug problem

Default spark plug problem

i went to change spark plugs in 2005 sebring 2.7 v6..The spark plug in rear passenger side came out when i pulled wire out,like it wasnt even threaded .....new plug wont thread at all ....can see down there ...ANY SUGGESTIONS????

the only time i ran into that issue was when a customer did his own plug replacement and missed the hole completely,he brought it to me b/c the engine was running awful and the service engine light was on. as for a suggestion, make sure you are hitting the hole. how long have you owned the car?

not long but i tried for an hour with that plug, thinking i might be missing the hole i kept trying...what gets me is the fact that when i went to remove old plug it came out with the boot when i removed the boot.Im thinking can the head be totally busted in there? ofcourse u cant see it,always has to be the plug thats most difficult to get to
