Default timing belt tensioner sebring 02

I need to change the timing belt tensioner. the original part number of the timng belt tensioner that was in my car is 4781151AA, but when I search this part in OEM chrylser parts, their system refers to part number 5114073AAthat is different than the original. Some technicians said to me that the original timing belt tensioner is named "design 1" but now this part for my car has a replace name "design 2". I send you the pictures of both and I will apreciate any help cause I need to take a decition about which part must I buy for my car. Thanks.
DESIGN 1:

the VIN of my car is 1C3EL46XX2N342039, CHRYSLER SEBRING LX 2002, SEDAN, 4 cyl, 2.4 l.

DESIGN 2:

Some thing the books won't tell you; you have to raise/lower the engine to get the water pump out on the 07 Sebring, also the pwr steering pump bolds are BEHIND the pulley.

Default Timing belt

It took me about a day and a half to change the timing belt on my 2002 Sebring with the 2.4 liter DOHC engine. I decided at the time not to change the water pump as it was working fine. A month later my water pump went. The seomd time I pulled it apart I had it all back together in about a day. If you are chaning your timing belt change the water pump at the same time.
