Default TIPM hard reset clears problems, is it bad?

I have a 2008 Sebring hard top convertible. It has developed a reoccurring issue where the turn signals, windshield wipers and bright headlights stop working. It I do a hard reset to the TIPM, all functions return. Everything continues to work for several weeks before needing to do a hard reset in order to restore functions. Is my problem in the TIPM or is there some other electrical component which is causing these issues.

Thanks,

Can you recommend a source to have the TIPM repaired?
