😎Just bought a 2010 sebring hard top convertable. Touch screen not working although hard buttons are. Can somebody please help me troubleshoot.

I have the manual weird it doesn’t have a section about one corner of touchscreen not working. I thought all owners manuals would have advanced troubleshooting of touchscreen radios in it. So what exactly is the vehicle owners manual going to help with part of the touchscreen not working.

VERY MUCH AGREE'D with you! Other member driven forums(LIKE THIS ONE) are NOT a 24/7 full tech support site that many new members seem to confuse about. And I doubt that even the factory service manual goes in depth or has specific "what to do" to fix problems as this member posted of.
I wish this site had a "like" icon and record kept to those receiving such, like the other Forums that I am a member of and frequent also! You would have a number of those from me by now! Thanks for all the help you've given me, and HAPPY EASTER!
