Default transmission jerks

i have a 2001 sebring coupe with automatic trannsmission 6cylinder 3.0 liter with about 78,000 miles.
my car started to jerk at rear drive.
so i thought thatthe fluid's lowor needs a flush.
butwhen i checked it today, the fluid looked very fresh, if not new. and it's filled at the normal amount. (fully filled)
so it's not low fluid nor tranny flush is due.

any idea, what i should do at this point?
no jerking/slipping for everydrive except rear drive.
right now, i'm not that concerned,.but should i be?
is this a sign for the tranny to break down soon?

thanks, chrysler tech.
i'm thinking sometime during the weekends.
are there any good place for transmission?
(how about cottman transmission?)
i was thinking pepboys, but the waiting over there is beyond my patience especially during the weekends.
