Default Waterdrain from top

Hi All
MY 2003 V6 convertible is a bit rusty in the rear quarterpanels below.and I guess its bcause it rusts from the inside due to trapped rainwater.
My earlier model (-97)had openings below in the seam, but can not find any on this.
Are there any ??
And where can I find replacement panels ( both sides ) have been almost anywhere on the www.

There should be the same drain holes. Keep looking and clean out when you find them.
