Default Wet Back!

ok, so i have suffered from the common problem of the back window becoming detached from the top(convertible) but also i have noticed when it rains that the back carpet and floormats get really wet...to the point where theres puddles. I dont think this is linked to the top problem, but i dont really know. Does anyone have any ideas?

Default RE: Wet Back!

Many of the Sebrings seem to have two drain lines from the tray the top folds into running down behind the rear seat back. These are helping to keep the water from staying in that upper tray. However there are 6 drains (3 on each side) formed into the weld rail under the exterior rocker panels. These drains are just little wide spots along the seam from the front wheel to the rear wheel wells. They do become clogged with debris over time and need to be cleaned out from time to time. I've used a pick tool and a short hacksaw blade to pull crap out of mine.

Hope this helps.
