live in the north east...
looking to buy a good condition 2002 Sebring LXI Convertible, silver color, black convertible top, 25k miles.
The KBB is showing closing to $6k.. but Nada Guides and Edmunds are showing about $4,800. So I am trying to get a better feel for what these cars are actually selling for?
any serious reliability issues I should know about with this car? I've always owned Japanese cars (nissan, honda, mazda, etc.)

That's VERY low mileage for a 2002. Less than 3000 miles per year is amazing. The KBB may be about right for such a low mileage car. There are lots of sites to find asking prices, Yahoo autos, cars.com etc. etc.
Some people have had bad luck with the 2.7 L V-6 engine, but probably mostly due to improper maintenance. It doesn't like old oil. Search the forum here for what people have been complaining about.
I own two Sebrings with those engines, each with over 100k miles, no real problems other than minor oil leaks showing up now. Knock on wood.
