Windshield wipers/headlights malfunctioning
2001 Chrysler Sebring sedan, 2.7 dohc, 4 speed auto,
First my headlights, not a big issue and probably to vague to diagnose easily, but when I turn the car off and take the key out with the headlights on, then I turn the headlights off, the drl relay clicks on. Leaving the headlights on daytime running lights (high beams half brightness), until I either turn the ignition back on then off, or back into parking lights mode then off again.
My windshield wipers will intermittently (more often than not) stop functioning properly. If I select mist (only one wipe) it will only move if/when I hold the lever down, if I let go, the wipers will stop in whatever position they are in, and will stay there until I move them again. When on intermittent, the malfunction makes them go onto low for as long as it decides to last (random). Low and high speeds are unaffected, only intermediate and the single wipe functions. I already switched around the relays in the engine bay fuse box, between AC, hi/low, and intermittent relays, did nothing.
