Hello
i am looking for a wiring diagram of a sebring 2001
my break indicator light stays on
break fluid is ok
handbreak is ok

Wiring diagrams are contained in the factory service manual. They occupy about 200 pages of the main volume.
If your vehicle does not have antilock brakes, there are only two causes for the brake warning light to be on: low fluid or the parking brake is not fully released, assuming no malfunction of the switches themselves. If you have verified that the fluid is full and the parking brake is fully released, then one or the other of the switches for those functions is either faulty or not properly adjusted.
If your vehicle has ABS it's much more complicated and there can be several other causes.

but the abs indicator light is off
could it be a fault in the wiring ?
kabel against the mass?

Yes, it could be a problem in the wiring. Wiring problems are easy to rule out (with a volt-ohm meter) if they are not there but hard to trace down if they are there.

I don't understand what is meant by "kabel against the mass?"

unplug the wire off your master cylinder, see if the light goes out, the wire could be on the brake line around the master
