I just bought a 1999 300M with 120K, great interior, nice shape. After just 2 days, gauges started going to zero and engine light would come on for 10 seconds or so and then back to normal. Now the car will try to start 3 times and then goes totally dead. Lights and Air Conditioner and radio still work but acts as if the anti-theft system is causing this. I have tried disconnecting the battey and using the key in the door and trunk. I hope that I did not get ripped off by buying a 300M. Most of the reviews on this year are positive except for the exact thing that I am talking about. Help!!!!!!
