Default 2001 300 engine ???

Hi, new to the forum here. I have a friends car that I'm about to help work on. It is a 2001 Chrysler 300, with the 3.5L V-6. My question is, is the engine equipped with a Mass Air Sensor? And if so, where abouts is it located? Thank you all for your time in advance.

Chrysler Tech, Thanks. I kind of knew that most chrysler products hadn't used the mass air type setup, and just wanted to make sure this particular car didn't have it either. It narrows my options down as to what could be going on with this friends car.
