Can a 2001 300m engine go in a 2001 Concorde LX?

I have a leaking head gasket in my concorde, warranty wont cover it. I have a junked 300m with alot of front end damage but engine is good...can the 300m engine go in the concorde?

oops sorry...300 has a 3.5 and concorde has a 2.7....
