Default 2005 300 door lock problem

recently had a problem where all door lock became unusabe manually and with key FOB
checked the usual suspects and found about 5 wires split in the boot from the cab to the door
I removed the harness and repaired the harness and the mirrors and windows are now working but the locks are not
I cant even manually unlock them they are all stuck in the lock position.
I can open the drivers door if I turn the key unlock and pulled the handle at the same time.
I removed the actuator from the passenger door and tried to manually moved it no luck
could all the actuators be fried because of arcing within the boot destroying the actuators
Checking the car for a friend
I have repaired several of these and town and country's with broken wires in boot and its usually resolved
any recommendations or help will be greatly appreciated
