Default 2005 300 Touring Exhaust

Hello to all... I own a 2005 300 Touring 3.5 V6 AWD Slap Stick. I wish to upgrade my current exhaust. I am thinking GPSSR-V6-Y 2005-10 Dodge/Chrysler LX/LY 2.7L & 3.5L 6db resonated dual conversion kit w/SSR tips. Wondering if I should add a Magnaflow muffler? Wanting to also add a K&N Cold Air Intake 57 Generation II I guess what i am looking for from the members here is your thoughts on my choice of parts, and if Ill still have a luxury sedan in the end. Not really wanting a loud car, but a sound like a V8. Thoughts?

What ever exhaust you choose, it would not sound as throaty as a burly V8.
If you're trying to obtain that sound from a V6 your car will no longer be a luxury sedan, in the end because the exhaust will sound too raspy due to the absense of the resonator.

Especially if you're looking for an exhaust sound like this
