Default 2005 Touring A/C Problem - Hot Wired and works

Pulled the relay and replaced with new and no A/C is working.
Hot wired to a toggle and works perfect.

What am I missing? Is there another fuse or something else that could be causing the problem?

Thank you for your help.

the relay is controled by the pcm the pcm gets inputs like low and high side pressure from the ac system if low Freon will also turn it off. get a wire diagran and trace down the source

Default AC is charged

AC Freon is charged. When using in hot wire mode and flipping the toggle to on, the AC is cold and blows strong.

Are you saying the PCM is bad?

As much detail as you can offer is greatly appreciated.

no im not saying teh PCM is bad Look at it like this your compressor is a word document you type it and it shows up on the screen. The key board would be an input like a sensor the computer is the PCM and the screen is what teh PCM aka CPU proscess the input to make the letters on the screen. You need a wire diagram and see whats a wrong signal or not telling the pcm to turn on the relay. A good scanner will help narrow this down.
