Default 2006 300C 5.7 Stalls after refueling

I had the problem with the vehicle stalling after refueling and driving about 5 miles. The dealer replaced the tank at no charge a few years ago under the extended warranty, not a recall. Now, when I fill up and start the car it immediately stalls. I end up restarting multiple times and reving the engine until it finally runs without stalling. This is the second time but this time the check engine light came on. My mechanic is going to check codes later today.

My question is: when the dealer replaced the tank, does the new tank have the ORVR permanently installed in the tank like the old one did or did Chrysler re-design it so the valve can be replaced if it goes bad?

Thanks in advance. I'll post the codes when my mechanic looks at it.

Looks like the issue isn't related to flooding when filling the tank. I have the codes:

P2101: Throttle Actuator "A" Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance
P2110: Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Limited RPM
P2174: Throttle Actuator Control System - Sudden Low Air Flow Detected
P1521: I've seen 2 reasons for this:
1) Incorrect Engine Oil Viscosity
2) Transmission Engaged at High Throttle Angle

I'm the only one that has changed oil and I know it's the correct oil.
#2 sounds reasonable since the Throttle Actuator threw 3 codes to report problems.

My mechanic is investigating. But, if anyone knows if the replacement tank was redesigned I'd still like to know.

Hope this helps anyone else with stalling issues.
