I have 2006 300c awd. I purchased an excel super tuner to use to change tire diameter due to previous owner installing 20 inch wheels, and to put in the 87 tube for better throttle response. The first time I connected it said finding vehicle info, then asked if hooked to this car before. If I click yes, it says call customer service, if I click no, it resets and same thing happens. I called customer service and they had not seen before. They had me update and try again with same result. They had me send in tuner, sent me a new replacement which still does the same thing. So now I believe it may be something with the car. Anyone have any ideas? TIA
