Default 2008 300 Limited 3.5 Multiple 02 sensor codes

2008 Chrysler 300 Limited - Car has 240k miles (3.5 engine) and started throwing P0138 code. Dealer changed that sensor, drove it for a few days and CEL came back on. Had P0132 code and subsequently got PO138, P0152 and P0158 codes. The other 3 sensors have been replaced with OEM parts and the car is still throwing codes. Happens on cold starts. It's been suggested that the ECM may be bad, but before throwing more parts at it I thought I would post the problem here. Has anyone seen this before or have diagnostic suggestions?

The car has been great up to this point and maintenance has always been up to date.

Thanks in advance for any help that is offered

Correction on the codes I included, P0152 and P0132 are incorrect, should have been P0052 and P0032.

There has to be more to this story. IF all the sensors are OEM (NGK/NTK) they should be OK (NEVER use BOSCH in a Chrysler Product, they do not play nice)
Must be sure all electrical issues such as poor grounds, poor connections are investigated first.
Diagnostic needs to include Fuel Trims and other date available with decent scan tools or with a DRBIII at the dealer. I would suspect at high mileage injectors may be worn and having fueling issues based on "cold starts" This would be reflected in Fuel Trim values stored in the PCM.
Low compression, mechanical wear such as cams could also contribute.
Bad ECM (PCM) would be the last thing on the list of concerns.
