2008 Chrysler 300 Navigation System Radio RER

I brought this radio for my 2006 Chrysler 300c. I wanted to know if this radio would be a easy hookup or it won't work. From looking at the pictures the back look totally different from the the 06. please someone help before I get it in the mail

All the info I have says it can't be done (amp issues) only the 08 can have RER unit.
