Default 2012 Chrysler 300-OBD Code 850

Hey Guys! My 300 has thrown the code P850! I've had one shop tell me that there is a timing issue. It will turn over but it will not stay running. The charge to fix my car is nearly $2,000! I don't want to be ran over by these guys. Any suggestions?

The engine size is 3.6l V6. Oil has leaked into the cylinder.

then the oil leak would be from warped heads or something like that still not a timing issue

Oh okay. When you mention heads are you meaning cylinder heads? I noticed when I pulled the spark plug out of the cylinder 5 it was bent at the end as if something has hit it.
