I had this issue on my previous 2015 300C and currently on my 2017 300C. Dr.Dodge00 I'm in Charlotte and bought my 2017 300 C from Stateline. I knew the GM that was there at the time of purchase. I will ask my home dealership in Concord about replacing the panels next time i'm in there. I will say - my 2017 has slightly tinted windows so the swell is less than it was on my 2015 which did not have any window tint.
