My touchscreen flips through radio stations and the navigation. When I use navigation I can’t even get an address in because it flips thru screens. When I use CarPlay it does the same thing. It’s dangerous to drive and exit out of the apps. I want to use my navigation how can i safely use CarPlay or Navigation.

 

Unfortunately I am going through this as well....do you have the Uconnect 8.4" Display..... Chrysler won't address it but the glue they use leaks out over time and causes what A/V professionals call "Ghost Touch" ...makes my 300 pretty much useless...
