Hello; First post here. Anyway I have a 2006 Chrysler 300 with the 2.7L and auto. Having problems with the transmission shuddering (feels sort of like going over speed bumps) particulary on the 1st to 2nd upshift, also sometimes on the 3rd to 4th upshift. Car started showing these symtoms with less than 1000 miles. Had the tranny relearned or flashed with the Chrysler Star scan tool at the local delaer. This fixed the problem for say 1500 miles but now with the car approaching 3000 miles it's acting up again. Anyone out there having the same problems or know about any TSB'S (Technical Service Bulletins) for this issue?

 

I,ve heard of this in other forums..the posters had their problem fixed buy flushing out the tran a few times. Apparantly the tran problem is cause from the drain of the AC; the drain is postioned right above the tran were moisture is able to access it...this is not confirmed but there are numerous posting about this problem. recall e-14 if you have the 42rle trans they are right about the drain and the water but if their is waster present it is said to drain and then replace the filter and if it is bad enough a new converter they have had this problem on almost all the 42rle tranny's from 05 to 06 but call you local dealer to verify the recall is for your car or jeep
