Default 300C AWD fender gap

I live in the Boston area so I ordered the 300C AWD (something I wouldn't normally get but we had sooo much snow this year I had to do it) and was no at all happy with the extra fender gap on this model. I love the car but man, what was Chrysler thinking! The rear wheel model already has too much fender gap and they go and add another 1.5 inches to it.

Well, I waited so long for the car I took it anyway and set out for a lowering kit and a set of 22's. Little did I know there wasn't, and still isn't, a lowering kit available for the AWD model. Eibach has one in prototyping right now and plans to release it by June. I was hoping for a more substantial lowering, especially for the back. The wheels are just as tough to find. The manufacturer may tell you they will fit but I have learned the hard way and had to send a set back already.

Shame on Chrysler for building such a beautiful car and ruining it with such a glaring eyesore in the wheel wells. Shame on my dealer for telling me it wouldn't look any different than the rear wheel version. And shame on me for thinking I could make it work myself. Veeeery frustrated!

If anyone has useful information on the AWD wheels please let me know.
