Thumbs down 8 Speed Transmission Shifting Points

Is anyone else questioning the shifting points of the new 8 speed transmission? I've had my new 2012 300 AWD for the better part of a year now and continue to doubt that the speeds at which the transmission shifts, both up and down, are correct. Any one else feel likewise

I don't even notice it shifting but mine is not AWD. However there was a recall to update the ECU and the TCU

Yes, and I've taken my 2012 300 RWD V6 back twice to the dealer complaining that it upshifts too aggressively and stays in high gear too long, causing the V6 to lug and vibrate excessively. They said they reprogrammed it, which helped a little, but it still seems that it's not hitting the correct gears for this motor.

I think this tranny is made to have quick shifts, but I don't notice them at all up or down, I can't even change gears I don't have auto stick in fact my shifter doesnt have PRND it is more like a shifter that is a switch. Takes time to get used to. I am told it is like the Audi?
