Default AWD vibration

My 06 300 AWD has vibration at HWY. speeds between 60-70 mph in the steering wheel. The wheel will literally vacillate back and forth. The sweet spots seem to be at 63 mph and 67 mph. I have had it into the dealer 5 times. It improved after they replaced the Continental tires with Goodyear, but it has not completely gone away. It gets even worse after the car has sat for a day or two. Is this happening to anyone else?

I have the exact same problem. Same vibration. It started at 13k - now have 20k on the car. The junk conti's are shot. They assured me it was the tires and put 4 new goodyears on, plus a 4 wheel alignment. When I drove it home - same problem, worse if anything. Did you ever get yours resolved?

I was wondering if you tried aftermarket parts and if they worked. When I fix mine I'll let you know.
