Default BCM code u0140 and Humidity sensor p1009 Chrysler 300

Im currently experiencing an issues with my AC blowing Cold Air on Driver side an hot Air on Driver Side. Initially I was under the Impression it was an issue with the a refrigerant Pressure but its all good. I took it to Firestone and Replaced the Sunload Sensor and Re-circulation Actuator. None of this has resolved my issues. I purchased a Scan tool and its Displaying Two Codes U0140 Lost Communication with Body Control Module and P1009 Humidity Sensor Lin Bus Assembly. The Humidity Sensor was replace as well. All parts replace are exact part Number from OEM . Any Suggestions of why these are still showing up and does it affect the AC.

This for a 2014 Chrysler 300s V6
