Angry Body Shop of Horror

I had my rear passenger back door "repaired" after an accident and the repaired door is now not registering as closed. The door ajar light is on which of course will not allow me to start my car remotely. The 'Body shop of Horror' said they can't figure it out and they've tried everything. Has anyone experienced this issue with the door ajar light? and if so what was the fix?

I would pressure the 'Body shop of Horror' to have this looked at by a dealer or reach out to your insurance company to address the issue as the repair is not complete.
Good luck
