Default Bumper trim 16 300s

So wondering if anyone has tackled this. I want to remove and paint the trim around my fogs, lower centre grill and upper grill. I can't find any videos or images removing them or where to start only for the fogs. Any info is greatly appreciated.

I'm going to remove my headlights and fogs to polish them. I haven't tried it yet because the disassembly intimidated me, not now!! Thanks for the video!
