Default Can't play WMA music files on UConnect Need Help

I can download my WMA music files to my flash drive and download them to UConnect, but for some reason when I try to play them, it cycles through all the songs and then just exits. Its like the songs are 1 second long. It does not recognize the songs. I can download songs from a cd just fine, but USB drives seem to have problems. I songs on my computer that I want to the hard drive though, which I don't have the cd for. Does anyone know what I should do to get this to work.

I found difficulty getting MP3 files to play on my 2013 300, but WMA work okay. I talked extensively with tech support, and it seems that only certain sampling rates are supported in both formats, and, since Chrysler doesn't make the Uconnect, that info is considered proprietary by the manufacturer. My default WMA sampling rate just happens to work, so I'm not trying MP3 research.
