Changing out Stock Mufflers

Have a new 2013 300S and am looking to change out stock muffler to Magnaflows. I am not looking for a CatBack system, just the mufflers. Is this a job most any muffler shop can do or should I go to dealer (to avoid any warranty issues)

I had two 40 series put on at my local muffler shop. My dealership didn't do work like that and I wasn't informed if it messing with my warranty
