Chrysler 300S Uconnect issues
I picked up my new 2020 300S in February and on the first day I found a big issue with Uconnect, it reboots every 30 seconds. I found that with a USB flash drive plugged in it would reboot, take it out and it stops rebooting. I took it back to the dealer, they called Chrysler support and was told they were doing away with USB flash support, COMPLETE CRAP!! I dug into the issue more and what I found was if the flash drive has more than 10GB of data it causes the reboot, below 10GB and it's fine. I reported it to the dealer and have heard nothing back. I called Uconnect support and they said I need to take it to a dealer and they closed the case. Since then I've found a few other things, when in NAV I click the VR icon on the upper right side and it says "You're not subscribed to Search and Go, you can subscribe in the Uconnect Store". I'm subscribed to all of the services available and what is the Uconnect store??? I've also found that the Weather map does not display any data at all, just a blank map. One last thing, I had a 2011 300 and when I push the power/volume button on it it turns the audio off, on my new car it shuts down the Uconnect system completely.
Looking for any help since I can't seem to get any help from Chrysler.
