Default UConnect Customer service

I have had a miserable experience with my recently purchased Chrysler 300c AWD. The UConnect screen w/nav keeps failing and rebooting. I get the fact it may need a firmware update but thanks to my local Chrysler Deer not having certified Mechanics on duty for weekends I had to wait 3 weeks to bring car 8n (I travel Mon thru Fri for Business). This makes for a very annoying trip.

When I contacted UConnect they say my vehicle "isnt theirs". They had me contact Sirius Guardian customer support cause the car "was theirs". Sirius Guardian advised me that I needed to contact UConnect with my issue.

Bottom line:
Chrysler customer support is terrible

UConnect Customer service wasted an hour of my life and they really are not helpful.

Sirius Guardian customer service was of no help.

Buyer beware!!!

ps: shame on chrysler and the bun since I have read enough customer complaints to know thus UConnect issue is known and not fixed FOR YEARS!!

Default Uconnect app has vanished and instead now has a "settings" button

Hey there,

I have a 2015 Chrysler 300s. I purchased this car a little over a year ago and it had a Uconnect app on the bottom right-hand side of the menu screen which I was able to use for a while but eventually disappeared. It was replaced by a quote on quote settings button which does not give me any of the Uconnect capabilities. So I called Uconnect and they told me that my car was a registered Canadian vehicle and did not receive compliance and therefore is not registered with Uconnect. But I'm confused because my car definitely did have the application for a while and I'm assuming the free trial just expired. I've called the dealership and they told me to bring the car in but they haven't been able to give me a solution either what can I do so I can renew my subscription. I often times have to park my car miles away from work and take a shuttle to work and I'd like to be able to get notifications as to if my alarm goes off or so I can lock it remotely, Etc.
