Default Coolant Leak

I have a coolant leak coming from my 20005 3.5L, problem is I can't see up into the engine to find it.

It's leaking from a U shaped hose sitting beside the oil filter. I only have a set of ramps so I can't get too far under the car right now, but I need to fix this leak.

So what does that hose connect to and where is the water pump? and why are there two hoses going into the block that the oil filter screws on to?

its coming from my rotted thermostat housing, so I'll need to replace that.
Is that a difficult job? It doesn't really look like it but there's one bolt that looks like it's near impossible to reach without removing the ac compressor.

K, I think this will be fairly easy. I hit up the wreckers to get a harness to fix my AC compressor, and the car I pulled it from was in excellent condition with a nearly brand new thermostat housing and the AC compressor and PS pump already removed.....so how could I pass that up lol.

$25 later and I'll have my AC working and coolant leak fixed with a brand new part.....granted it's going to be just a bit more difficult on my car without the PS pump removed completely, but it'll still be a breeze.
