Question Flickering lights

My headlights, tail lights, marker lights and all interior lights will flicker at times. I thought maybe the alternator and replaced, but no help. Someone told me it was the voltage regulator and it is in the PCM--sounds like another expensive experiment. Has anyone had and fixed this problem? Oh, I have a 2005 300 Limited

Chrysler has issued a TSB on this subject which involves PCM reprogramming.

I will repost with the bulletin number ... any Chrysler dealership can do this, and it isnt nearly as expensive as throwing parts at it.
