Hi all,
I know this issue has been raised before but just want to see if anyone got it fixed. Here is my issue in details.
my fuel tank is half full then engine light comes on and fuel guage drops to empty. I changed fuel pump (the whole thing) and I changed fuel filter but still going on.

Now like I said fuel pump with sending unit has been changed plus I changed fuel filter but nothing changed. Just noticed a sort of short ( burning on the connector to the fuel pump and changed the pump not the connector. My mechanic said the burnt up place has no effect on the pump working)
Today I am going to check all wiring that have to do with fuel.
