Gooie foam from vent

Default Gooie foam from vent
Today I put the AC in recirculate and seat vent on. A bit of gooie foam blew out of the top center vent. Just 1 piece 1/2 the size of a dime. As far as I can tell the system is okay in all respects so far.

What do you think. Am I looking at big trouble down the road ?

BTW: the car is a 2012 00c with 52k miles in central FL.

likely the foam that's in place from the hvac housing to the air ducts it degrades over time NBD
