AC / Heater Vents

Are the louvered vent outlets on a 2003 Concorde installed / removed from the outside or does the dash have to come out to get to them?

The ac / heater vent outlets with the louvers that let you aim the airflow out of the ducts.

The one on the drivers side to the left of the steering wheel. If it can be take out from the front I will give it a try. If the dash has to come out, I'll live with it until another one screws up.
