Default Hard Shifting Issue

Hello All.

I have a 2019 300s with 24k miles. When I am travelling down the road, when I take my foot off the gas and then press back down on the gas,
quite often, the car seems to shift hard. I also notice that sometimes, when I am using the cruise control, this also happens.

My service advisor told me that the car's computer is trying to process 2 or 3 things and that it is having a hard time trying to do so. To me,
that does not compute. My question is, has anyone else experienced this kind of shifting issue, or, it is really normal for the car to sometimes
shift hard when going from pressing the gas, taking the foot off the gas, and then pressing the gas again?

Thank you in advance for any feedback that you can provide,
Easy

Well, after my car sat at the dealership for 10 days without being examined, I had to go and get my car as I HAD to have some transportation.
There were no loaners or rental cars available in my area, so I had to reclaim my vehicle. The guys said they took a look and didn't hear or see anything
out of the ordinary. So, I guess @tarhealcracker you can say, it has not worked out too well. Anywho, I am just glad to NOT be stuck at home on this holiday weekend.

That really sucks. Do you not have another dealer to choose from ?

@tarhealcracker ...yes, there are a couple of other dealerships nearby. I will see what I may be able to do in the very near future, and I will update the thread if/when that happens. Thank all of you for your feedback and suggestions.
