Default Looking for serious advice.

I have a 2006 300 SE 2.7L. My Grandfather left this beauty to me, and I gave it to my wife. It has had intermittent stalling issues over the last almost 2 years now. I just had it serviced 2 weeks ago, and it has stalled out twice since. Once while idle, and once while driving. My normal mechanic can't figure it out, and I got a second opinion and the guy was just as perplexed. Both diagnostics turned up nothing. Check engine light has not turned on, all checks say it's ok. Any advice other than taking it to a dealer hoping there's an old head there who knows what's wrong?

Is there any engine stumbling when it dies or does it just quit? Can it be restarted immediately? What type of service was done?

Also post on 'allpar.com'. There a number of extremely knowledgeable contributors and have excellent diagnostic skills.
