Dash lights / limp mode

I have a 2005 300c awd and the car went into limp mode and my dash lights went crazy. I had multiple codes come up on the scanner and all stated lost connection. Any advice? Thanks!

How old is the battery and what condition is it in? If over 3 years old consider replacing it. Chryslers do not tolerate low voltages and may throw all sorts of codes.
